Pure Pedantry at Scienceblogs.com finished the new issue of Grand Rounds, a collection of the best medical posts of the week. Scienceroll has been mentioned again:

ScienceRoll has an excellent summary of Pompe disease — a glycogen storage disease that afflicts infants.

The theme was creative, there were short descriptions about the links, I plan something like that in my edition in the near future.

My personal favourite link in this week’s GR:

Doc in the Machine gives some personal examples for how peer review can go horribly wrong.

Berci- thanks for the kudos and glad you enjoyed my post. As a researcher and clinician its so important to critically read research reports and not just accept their conclusions. Keep up the awesome blogging! Glad to see others flocking to your great site.

I’m probably going to look like an idiot now, but how does one submit a post for grand rounds?

Don’t say that. If you have an interesting article, send it to me: berci.mesko [at] gmail.com
