genomicron.jpg Gene Genie is a blog carnival on genes and gene-related diseases. We plan to cover the whole genome before 2082. If you would like to contribute, submit your articles here. This time, T. Ryan Gregory at Genomicron created a great edition with nearly 30 (!) articles and blogposts. He covers many subjects from HIV research through the ENCODE project to Second Life. Check it out for more!

Anyway, the summer dates are all fixed, but we’re still looking for a host for the 15th of July edition. Let us know if you’re interested.
