Carnivals’ Sunday: Gene Genie and Medicine 2.0 July 15, 2007

Our two favourite blog carnivals are up!
Gene Genie is a blog carnival on genes and gene-related diseases. Our plan is to cover the whole genome before 2082 (it means 14-15 genes every two weeks). But we also accept articles on the news of genomics and clinical genetics. Christian Bachmann at Med Journal Watch has just made an edition we all should be proud of! More than a dozen submissions, nice structure, clear sections. An excellent collection of the best genetic/medical blogposts.
Next time, Gene Genie #12 will be hosted by My Biotech Life on the 29th of July. Don’t forget to submit your articles via the official page.

Medicine 2.0 is the blog carnival of the relationship between web 2.0 and medicine/health. We try to collect articles, posts that could ease the work of physicians, medical students, nurses or medical librarians. We focus on web 2.0’s impact on medicine. Now, Dr. Uri Ginzburg at Medical 2.0 hosts the third edition. He presents us about a dozen of blogposts from Twitter, through Nature Precedings to virtual reality. Thank you for hosting!
The fourth edition will be hosted by JC Jones at Healthline Connects on the 22nd of July. Submit your articles via the official page.
Let us know if you plan to host any of the carnivals.
