		<description><![CDATA[I work in a clinical lab and stumbled across DNA Art like this.  I was hoping to find more information in regard to the primers used during PCR and the length of the DNA fragments.  I found one that has 11 fragments in the bands, and it looks similar to the bands created from the ΦX174 DNA-HaeIII enzyme.  That one is used by http://dnaartonline.com to create themed art by isolating certain genetic traits.]]></description>
