Pretty typical scenario for this real-life, accurate Flash game called Amateur Surgeon: Pizza delivery guy hits a homeless guy with his car, performs surgery on him using his Pizza Delivery Guy Tools, and homeless guy then teaches him how to perform other surgeries, as it turns out he used to be a doctor.

Although it deviates greatly from what would be expected of standard surgical procedure (e.g. most of the “tools” [stapler, pizza cutter, chainsaw, salad tongs, corkscrew, car battery] would normally cause an infection of some kind), this is quite a fun game. One could consider it a parody of the “Trauma Center” series. I would highly recommend it to anyone who can handle the gore, etc. that would be expected of a game about surgery.
