Even if it’s really dangerous to give medical advice online, sometimes we want to just talk to a doctor about our medical problems. Now we can do it at Americal Well:

- Register.
- Find a doctor (a specialist, e.g.).
- Connect him/her via the web; leave a voice message or schedule an appointment.
- Tell him/her about your medical history (medications, diagnoses, allergies).
- Send a copy to your regular physician.
This is a step that has to be made to get closer to the future of healthcare. I know not all of us will like a service of this kind, but for example me, I would like to be able to talk to my doctor online.

We received a nice email from a user of our site about this blog and have found very interesting articles.
The future of healthcare will certainly have a strong online element that will streamline its delivery saving costs to the consumer, professionals and insurers. This is already occuring in countries such as the UK and Australia. These countries and others have more advanced telemedicine technologies and less restrictive licensing regulations.
i am feeling quite a bit of knee pain
it sends pain streeks up and down my knee
i also feel like something is pinching the back of my knee it hurts really bad
i can reach under my knee cap all around and the musle on the back of it wont attach to my knee
when i go for a run or play basketball it grinds
no pain killers i have tried will work (aleve tylonal advil)
I have talked to a doctor about a year ago they said it was just a sore knee and it would go a way but it hasn’t so they haven’t figured anything out

I need a Doctor to write me a note saying I can be my own payee and cash my own checks because I am getting SSI benfits and I want to be able to go to the bank and cash my own checks without trouble and in order to do that I need a note saying I can cash my checks as soon as possible. I know basic math so I can get my own bank account and do the services online that social security officers but they willnot do it unless I get the doctors note saying I can cash my own checks be my own payee. i was diagnosed with toncillitus on moday and have been taken penicillen since then but im still in as much pain now as i was in the beginning of the week and my symtoms havent improved is there a chance that it could be glandular fever as i get toncillitus anbout 4 times a year?

My name is Rich and I have a few questions to ask about a knee issue! I’ve been playing basketball for the last 20 yrs and I now just turned 31 yrs old… And I’m now starting to have problem with my right knee… When I stand and bend or put wait on the knee it feels weak and unstable to bare the pressure?I only have this problem when I apply pressure to the knee? It feels normal when I walk or stand it just feel’s weak when I bend it. And when I begin to straighten it again I feel a slight soreness… can u help me and tell me what the issue is doc? And if anything is torn will surgery get it back to 100% or not……Alot of people say’s after sugery the knee will never feel the same again? I just been wondering is this true or not??

hello my name is lucy and i need help. I have been anorexic and in the hospital for months last year. I’m a healthy weight now but just this week I have been really bloated and gassy. I have suffered from constipation before and it still has been an issue for me. I take merlax but it doesn’t help much and i don’t want to use it too much sinse it is a laxative in all. I know it’s not the merlax because I have used it before in the past without this problem. Hi, ok for the last 4 to 5 weeks I’ve been wondering if I was pregnant or not. I’ve (We’ve) been very careful and have always used protection it never slipped or broke. However I started to wonder when I would eat something then feel nausiated then aftera while was hungry but the thought of eating anything in my house made me want to puke and a week late period(still haven’t started). After several tests including a doctors urine test when I was thought to be 5 weeks along all came up neg. I believed the doctor! But a few days later symptoms came back. I wasn’t sick I just had to go to the bathroom ALOT more, there was alternating side pain every once in a while, as well as being tired and soar nipples. I know they are signs of pregnancy but it’s also stress that can cause this too. I’m worried about what’s going on now and I just want to find out so this can be over with (or just begining). Sorry about the long explaination!
