sermo works very well for me, thank you very much. I actually love it and I do not see a need for another attempt of imitating the leader in physician cooperation. As one of the posters above said, it seem like a gutsy thing to imitate sermo so closely. Why not stick with the best?

Ozmosis looks awfully like Sermo. It's very bold (and unimaginative) of them to copy Sermo's format so closely. Ozmosis should be aware that they could never compete with Sermo, which currently has over 60,000 members and growing very rapidly. Sermo is continually growing in features as well. You can easily bookmark and share content from the web on Sermo (to address Joel's comments).

Another interesting phenomenon is the emotional connection that physician have developed with Sermo (I'm an example). Sermo has become the voice of physicians and has the potential to be stronger than AMA. In fact, Sermo is already the platform for a very formidable physician empowerment campaign that has grown organically within the community.
This is actually not the first site of its kind. I think it's different from Sermo in that Sermo is not really about bookmarking and sharing content from the web, and more about a walled community inside Sermo.
