would recommend converting the FAQ into your presentation and scrapping the 36 slides of confusion

biggest question - how can medical professionals reduce costs/increase revenue using your service and, this model sounds as if e-patients (isn&#039;t there a better term?) won&#039;t have to pay for anything...are medical professionals expected to reduce office visits ie, $$, in favor of text messages, wikis, blogs, and micro-messaging? 

good market to crack though...never a recession in health care]]></description>
