would recommend converting the FAQ into your presentation and scrapping the 36 slides of confusion

biggest question – how can medical professionals reduce costs/increase revenue using your service and, this model sounds as if e-patients (isn’t there a better term?) won’t have to pay for anything…are medical professionals expected to reduce office visits ie, $$, in favor of text messages, wikis, blogs, and micro-messaging?

good market to crack though…never a recession in health care
