Visualizing Pubmed July 6, 2009

Carrot² is an Open Source Search Results Clustering Engine. It can automatically organize small collections of documents, e.g. search results, into thematic categories. I gave it a try and searched for cancer via Pubmed.com, the biomedical database. It helps you visualize the first search results and also make categories out of them.
