QuizMD: Medical school e-learning July 23, 2010

I graduated from medial school last year and started PhD immediately in the field of clinical genomics which means I see patients almost every day, but it’s much different from the clinical job so after a few months I caught myself forgetting important health facts, data and symptoms. Obviously, I don’t want to lose my clinical skills and knowledge so I try to keep myself up-to-date by following dozens of medical journals via Google Reader and also I’m an active user on Quiz.MD that was created by Daniel Kozan of the University of Alberta Medicine.

It was created to help students help each other succeed, to collectively scratch each others’ backs. Education doesn’t need to be difficult. Take control and make it yours.

It is an entirely student developed and supported venture, independent of association with any university or post-secondary institution. Thank you for your continued contributions and support.
